The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Trial No. 20 of 2012 arising out of Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2009 registered under Sections 20, 22, 23, 25, 27(A) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act with regard to recovery of Ganja. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the Bhoj Choudhary and Bhoj Chaudhary has disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has arrested on spot. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, District- West Champaran, in connection with Trial No. 20 of 2012 arising out of Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2009.
