JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent-State to pay the retiral benefits of the petitioner, who has superannuated on 31.03.2017, while working as Assistant Engineer with the Minor Water Resources Division, Jamui.
It appears that during the interregnum period, most of the retiral dues have stood paid, however, it has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the leave encashment amount for few days, G.P.F. amount for few days and interest on account of delayed payment of retiral dues have not been paid.
