Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.238 of 2019 G.r.No.1132 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, the son of the informant was accosted by the petitioners and other accused persons and they have assaulted and also snatched away Rs.5,000/- He was also referred to Banaras for treatment.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49302 of 2019(3) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 that they are villagers and there is land dispute . There are cases going on between the parties and the injury report discloses that the injuries are simple in nature except one which is on the chick.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.Cas No.238 of 2019, G.R.No.1132 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
