In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 414/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The Police on information, had gone to the place of occurrence and found that some miscreants were manufacturing the bomb in the garden. The petitioner was also apprehended from that spot.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
