1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the light of the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in L.P.A. No. 43 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11411 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 2016, this Court has disposed similar matter vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11121 of 2024. The case of the petitioners is similar to the order passed by this Court on 29.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute this submission.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is disposed exactly in terms of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11121 of 2024. The respondents are directed to act accordingly.
