The present writ application has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs/order/ orders, direction/directions, rule or command, especially in the nature of certiorari setting aside the certain provision under Chapter - V, VI, VII, VIII & IX of Bihar Minor Mineral Rules,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19296 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 2017 dated 10.10.2017 and may declare null and void; (ii) for stay of the further operation for grant of a mining lease under aforesaid Act till the disposal of the present writ application.
The Rules have already come into existence since 2017.
It seems that the case has become infructuous and as such, the petitioner has chosen not to appear. The writ petition accordingly, stands disposed of. The petitioner, if still has some grievance, can always approach the appropriate authority.
