The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation and the nature of injury sustained by the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
