The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.193 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned cousnel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties and the occurrence has taken place on account of trivial dispute. The injuries sustained by the informant's side are simple in nature.
