2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 dated 16.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS and later on section 317(5) and 3(5) of the BNS were added.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that as per the allegation the informant's three wheeler (tempo) was stolen and during the course of investigation the stolen vehicle was recovered from the possession of the coaccused Sudhir Kumar who revealed that he had taken the alleged vehicle on rent from the petitioner except this revelation, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the alleged offence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50403 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 Kumar tried to escape from his own liability by taking a false plea. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 31.03.2025 and the investigation against him has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025.
