====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 140(3), 123, 319(2), 318(4), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners, along with other named accused persons, fraudulently got the land of informant, namely, Asha Devi, registered in their favour by kidnapping and administering narcotic pills to the son of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are bona fide purchasers of the land in question and

Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 03.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5424 of 2026. Moreover, dispute involves sale and purchase of land which is purely of civil nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
