This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under section 414/188 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has remanded in this case on 09.03.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Supaul P.S. case No. 77/2015 to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
