The petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 23.05.2014 passed in Mahila P.S. Case No. 09/2014 for the offences under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Munger.
As the allegations made against the petitioner have been found true in course of investigation and a charge-sheet has been submitted against him, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance and issued summons against the petitioner.
