JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search three live cartridges were recovered from the right pocket of paint of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2019.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
