The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case no. 142 of 2020 registered under sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the order of the learned Sessions Judge rejecting the application for bail of the petitioner refers to the observation given therein to the effect that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in the case, and seeks permission to withdraw this application with the liberty to
