2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to command the respondents for payment of amount against acquisition of commercial land whereupon commercial cum residential buildings have been constructed by the petitioners for construction of National High way, 139 W under Bharat Mala Project at Adalwari-Mahikpur section, of Mauza Sararia @ Sarthi, Chapra.

3. The matter relates to construction of National Highways 139 under Bharat Mala Project at Adalwari-Mahikpur Section in Mauza-Sararia Sarthi, Chapra.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submit that in similar situate case of Bateshwar Ray & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 11755 of 2025), the same has been disposed of on 24.07.2024 allowing the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority in next four weeks.

5. The claim of the petitioners is that their lands have not been valued and as such the authority has to take steps in the

6. Learned State counsel as also learned counsel for the NHAI jointly submit that if such petition is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

7. In that case, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks who shall be taking up the matter and after hearing the parties dispose it of at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
