Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 462, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is a deed writer and has scribed a sale deed executed in favour of other co-accused said to be executed by the complainant.
Submission is that the petitioner has not committed any offence. His duty is to scribe the deed as per the submissions of the parties and no offence as alleged is made out
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30969 of 2014 (2) dt.27-01-2015 against him, and as such, he deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned APP does not oppose.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
