Petitioner, already in custody since 19.3.2017, seeks bail in Barachatti PS Case No. 159 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner kidnapped a 18 months old girl child of the informant and apprehended by the police at Gaya railway station.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a worker in the shop of the informant, had taken the girl to nearby place as was acquainted with the informant. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that there was dispute of wages so the petitioner kidnapped the little daughter of the informant and caught red handed by the police. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
