There happens to be allegation against the petitioner to have possessed Fasuli (a sharp cutting weapon) along with others during course of commission of alleged occurrence however, is found negativated from the injury report incorporated under para-25, 26, 27 and 28 of the case diary as none of the injured had sustained injuries caused by sharp cutting weapon. Directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned lower court and pray for regular bail, and during consideration thereof the learned lower court will take into account the observation as made above and will pass appropriate order.
