Petitioner claims to have retired from the post of Reader on 30.6.2009 from Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Barh, a constituent unit of the Magadh University.
It is contended that during the pendency of this writ application gratuity amount has already been paid to the petitioner. However full amount of leave encashment has not been paid and that apart difference of salary and pension on account of revision of pay scale has also not been paid.
No counter affidavit has been filed in this case.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1739 of 2016 dt.19-05-2016 2/2 Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Magadh University, Gaya to examine the matter of the petitioner and ensure payment of admissible amount to him within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is not found tenable then a reasoned order would be passed which should be communicated to the petitioner.
