JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patna GRP Case No. 148 of 2017 registered under Section 401 of the Indian penal Code and Section 147 of Railway Act. Allegation in brief is that police found some persons moving at the platform in suspicious condition so apprehended them and recovered pieces of blades from each of them. Submission is that except one blade, there is no other material is said to be recovered, that too is false, he had gone to see off his family members and petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Sharma is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Rly. ACJM,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10075 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 Patna in connection with Patna GRP Case No. 148 of 2017; subject to verification of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, if he has found any criminal antecedent of similar nature, he shall not be released on bail.
