JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased whose marriage had taken place in the month of February 2015 but she died in other than normal circumstance on 13.03.2015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is separate from husband of the deceased and moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against him. In the post mortem examination, the cause of death of the deceased was found as strangulation.

Considering the relation of the petitioner with the deceased as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody since 15.05.2015, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28071 of 2015 (3) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No. 52 of 2015.
