The petitioners have prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16944 of 2017(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 extend the benefit of the judgement dated 08.08.2017 passed in CWJC No.5799 of 2017 of this Hon'ble Court to all the similarly situated candidates by which the cut off date for determination of minimum age as 01.08.2016 has been modified to 01.08.2017 in Advertisement no.2/2017, 3/2017 & 4/2017 issued by the B.P.S. C. for appointment of Assistant Engineers (Civil and Mechanical) in works Departments and Fishery & Animal Husbandry Department of the State of Bihar and further for direction to respondents to accept the application forms of the candidates who have minimum required age of 21 years as on 01.08.2017, who are otherwise eligible but could not apply due to fixation of cut off date as 01.08.2016."

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
