These petitions are for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 364 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The only material against the petitioners is of last seen, except that there is nothing against them and the case hinges on circumstantial evidence.

Hence, having regard to the facts and

No.49713 of 2015 (4) dt.05-02-2016 circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with S.T. No. 257 of 2015 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015.
