JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner as agitated in the writ petition regarding non-payment of traveling allowance has already been redressed, as is clear from paragraph no. 6 of the counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that a sum of Rs. 18,747/- has been paid to the petitioner herein by cheque dated 12.04.2017.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the departmental authorities in case of any further grievance.
