JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 18.12.2017, seeks bail in Daudnagar PS Case No. 311 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

It is submitted that except confessional statement of the petitioner there is no other material, neither any incriminating article has been recovered nor he was put on TIP, investigation has been completed by submitting charge sheet and he is in custody since 18.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Hemant Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No. 311 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors must be a close family member of the petitioner; and ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
