The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to issue rent receipt in favour of the petitioner for the year 2019-20, in respect of the land of R.S.Khata No. 447, R.S.Plot No. 936, admeasuring 28 decimal, situate in Mauza Mauna, in the district of Rohtas.

The petitioner has remedy either under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 or under the provisions of Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he may invoke for the relief, which he is seeking.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.15458 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke appropriate provisions of law by making an application in accordance with the Act and the Rules framed thereunder.
