JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7180 of 2019, whereby, the District Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas has been directed to take a final decision on the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license.

2. Opposite party no. 4 / Sub-Divisional Officer, Sasaram, Rohtas, has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph no. 7, it has been stated that application for grant of arms license by the petitioner has been disallowed vide order dated 14.06.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas.

3. The order dated 14.06.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas disallowing the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has also been enclosed as Annexure-R/3 to the show cause filed by the Opposite party no. 4 / Sub-Divisional Officer, Sasaram, Rohtas.

4. In view of the above, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has been duly complied with by the opposite parties.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
