The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 73/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/409/420/467/468/ 471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the order dated 20.07.2020 and 11.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21865 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 20754 of 2020 respectively by which similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by two co-ordinate benches of this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5665 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 20.07.2020 and 11.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21865 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 20754 of 2020 respectively, the petitioner is also granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IX, Gaya, in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 73/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
