The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that petitioners along with others entered into the house of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60496 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/3 informant with lathi, danda and made assault, as a result of which the informant received head injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners and informant are agnates and due to some previous enmity, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries in separate incidence. The injury of the informant has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60496 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 3/3 211 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
