The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with the liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail. The permission is granted.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail and it is further directed that in case the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9849 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 surrenders before the court below, his application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of on the same day considering the fact that the brother of the petitioner herein had filed an FIR against the informant of the present case earlier to the present case.
