2. The petitioners who apprehend arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 355 of 2023 lodged on 23.11.2023, for the offences punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 308, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the present F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners. It is alleged therein that the petitioners along with their associates came to the house of the informant and assaulted them with bricks and stones, causing injuries to the informant and his sons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.50818 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 there is no specific allegation against the petitioners of having assaulted the informant; rather, such allegation has been made against the other co-accused persons. He further submits that Annexure-3 to the petition, being the injury report, indicates that the injuries sustained are simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter-case between the parties. For the same date and place of occurrence, the petitioner's side lodged an F.I.R. on 16.11.2023 against the informant and others, stating that the informant's side had assaulted the petitioner's side. Thereafter, on 23.11.2023, the present case was lodged by the informant with absolutely false allegations. The petitioner has clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail but fairly submits that there is case and counter case between the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30,000/- ₹ (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each, as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai, in connection with
