====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
By the impugned order dated 06.06.2014, the learned
Patna High Court CWJC No.12925 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2016 Sub-Judge-III, Danapur, in T.S. No. 92 of 2005 allowed the intervention application filed by the interveners on the ground that they have purchased the suit property prior to institution of the suit.
Admittedly, the interveners have purchased the part of the suit property prior to the institution of the suit. It is also admitted that their purchased property is also subject matter of the present suit, therefore, they have got direct interest in the suit property.
In such circumstances, the court below has rightly allowed the intervention application. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
