The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1952/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
