The petitioner is accused in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the informant, who is also the brother of this petitioner, is not an eye-witness of the occurrence of murder of Sekh Hamid, father of the informant and this petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The informant has stated that the petitioner has committed murder merely on suspicion as the informant reached at the place of occurrence after the occurrence. The petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S.
