JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,379,323,341,147,148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted Kalendra Kumar with garasa on his head when the mother of the informant was assaulted by fists and slaps.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of Kalendra was found to be simple superficial in nature. None of the injuries have been found to be caused by sharp cutting weapon though the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted with garasa. The mother of the informant was assaulted by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2660 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 petitioners by fists and slaps. The informant received one grievous injury which is alleged against Vikas Kumar. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation not being corroborated by the medical opinion and the petitioners being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
