The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 447, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that on 18.03.2015 the petitioners came variously armed on the land of the informant, abused by calling caste name and asked not to construct the house in the area. On protest being made the informant was pulled down by catching her hair locks and she was made naked. When the family members of the informant came to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3996 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 rescue they were also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 18.03.2015 the FIR was registered on 23.03.2015. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general and delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran SC/ST P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
