17-09-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 5, Ambika Singh, submits that part refund has been made by him to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of the amount of Rs. 10,48,881/- opposite party no. 5 has only deposited Rs. 3,00,000/- in Court. The balance amount remains to be paid. Having considered the matter, let opposite party no. 5 deposit balance amount within two months subject to result of the case. Upon deposit being made petitioner would be free to take the said amount.

However, it is made clear that the

Patna High Court MJC No.2819 of 2014 (3) dt.17-09-2015 amount mentioned above may not be corrected for correct amount have to be determined as per the Award.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
