JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

This is the second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 12.8.2015 vide Cr. Misc. no. 24760 of 2015. The trial court was directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said order. It has been informed on behalf of the petitioner that the trial is already in progress and as many as four prosecution witnesses have already been examined in the case.

I find no reason to interfere with the earlier order dated 12.8.2015.
