The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents, Bihar State Co-operative Marketing Union Ltd. (BISCOMAUN) to revise the pension of the petitioner and also grant him second time bound promotion after completion of 25 years of service.

A Special Bench of this court in the case of the Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C. M. Union Ltd v. the State of Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.18595 of 2017(4) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695 held that writ petition is not maintainable against the Cooperative Society such as BISCOMAUN (respondent No.2).

In this view of the fact, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
