JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.307 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., would show that she was a minor on the date of occurrence and she has alleged forceful sexual relationship by the petitioner while in captivity of the petitioner.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory
