Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code were also added. It is a case of honour killing. Considering the materials available on record, I am not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
