Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Penal Code after death of their sister/daughter-in-law.
Let petitioners, named above, along with the husband of the deceased, who is the son of Petitioner No. 3 and younger brother of Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below whereafter Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 Patel Paswan, Ritesh Paswan, the elder brother-inlaw of the deceased, be admitted to the privilege of bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31402 of 2014 (3) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 on furnishing bond of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
