In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection Basantpur P.S. Case No.62/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Allegation against the accused including the petitioners is to have enticed away the daughter of the informant, but the statement which has been made by the victim before the Magistrate under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reveals that she of her own had gone to Kolkata and she called Suraj Pandit and

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.1-cum-Special Judge, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
