Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party. The present application has been filed praying for review of the order dated 03.09.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11135 of 2015 whereby the application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order passed by the learned court below rejecting the prayer of the defendantpetitioner for rejection of the plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. has been dismissed.

It is apparent from the order dated 03.09.2015 that the said order has been passed after considering the submissions and the facts and circumstances of the case. During the course of
