2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11637 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the police station case number and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62391 of 2023(3) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 main petition instead of 'Patahi Police Station Case No. 162 of 2022' it has wrongly been typed as 'Majhauliya Police Station Case No. 162 of 2022'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 15.05.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in last paragraph of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11637 of 2023, 'Majhauliya Police Station Case No. 162 of 2022' be read as 'Patahi Police Station Case No. 162 of 2022' and further six weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11637 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
