JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Ganesh Yadav, who disclosed that the deceased had entered his house on the alleged date of occurrence and when the deceased was in his house, he was assaulted by him and others and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused, Ganesh Yadav, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused namely, Ganesh Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30177 of 2015 (4) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
