Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 24.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31871 of 2018.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than two years and the trial has not been concluded up till now. There is case of repeated blow on the informant and the case is fixed for argument. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial without giving any unnecessary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47345 of 2019(3) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 adjournment to both the parties and try to conclude it within a period of four months.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
