====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

No.3441 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/3 The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her in-laws family members including the petitioners for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners who are father-in-law, mother-inlaw and unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 05.07.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 08.07.2020. It is also submitted that husband of the deceased has surrendered and presently he is in jail custody though statement to that effect has not been made in the petition.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
