Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Case No.301 of 2013 arising out of Gogri P.S.Case No.76 of 2012 pending in the Court of Ist Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria registered for an offence under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Mics.No.35926 of 2013 dated 24.02.2014. This is the second attempt for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner. A report has been called for from the trial Court regarding the stage of the case, the same is kept at flag-'C'. As per the report, all the witnesses have been examined except for one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10795 of 2015 (6) dt.01-08-2016 witness, I find no reason to interfere to the earlier order as the trial is at the verge of conclusion. The present application for bail is rejected.
