Petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against the petitioner is that during search of the room of the petitioner's brother a country made pistol with live cartridge and a motorcycle was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
